MOUNTAIN BIKING EVENTS
RED KITE MTB BASH 2010
INFORMATION
For those of you that have not been before, it's 4 days of guided riding in the surrounding countryside with routes varying from 15 to 35 miles.
The Saturday route in particular is a mountain bike classic, taking in one of Wales` best pieces of natural singletrack through the Doethie Valley.
The emphasis on the event is casual group riding as per the "good old days" of mountain biking, with plenty of laughs and hopefully a pint (or two) in the pub to follow.
About Llanwrtyd Wells
Llanwrtyd Wells lies at the heart of one of the last remaining wilderness areas in Britain. Sitting in the Irfon Valley between 3 rivers, Llanwrtyd is surrounded by the Brecon Beacons, Epynt Range, Cambrian and Black Mountains.
A fantastic area for all outdoor enthusiasts, and a fun, friendly town with plenty of places to re-fuel at the end of the day.
